It a VHSL decision to play Soccer in the spring. I was probably a decision made in the 70's and has never been revisited or re thought. If states like Pennsylvania can play soccer in the fall, when football in that state is way bigger/better then it is here in VA, then maybe the VHSL should re look at they way things are structured.
