I will say, on our disaster claim with Travelers, our agent got p*ssed when we threatened filing a complaint with the DC insurance commissioner (which we felt within reason to do after our housing coverage was running out while the adjuster took weeks to respond to approve installation of HVAC replacement that was completely holding up completing work - could not close walls, etc. until HVAC installed). My blood pressure still boils about this. Really, if insurance companies are illegally flying drones in our area to cancel people's coverage with no leeway on your part to even rectify it or appeal, you should involve the commissioner.
