I also make sushi rice at home. Normally, you would use a specific type of rise to make sushi, and that type of rice has more carbs in it than normal rice.[/quote] DP: I just looked at the labels of all the different kinds of rice in my pantry, including sushi rice -- they are all the same. Also, I don't add sugar to my sushi rice.[/quote]
