Your doctor won't help unless you really demand it - they're clueless about menopause--but there's lots of ways to support the transition from changing your bedding, to herbal supplements, to HRT. Do a deep dive-lots of books at the library. Get some Zzzs. You don't have to suffer silently.[/quote]
