I had no problem paying the tip. The tip is 20 percent. And I make about 30 percent what he makes, so I thought that would be a nice gesture, and he is the one who got me to download Venmo. I guess that was my biggest flag. But my offer was not a test. I was happy to pay the tip. The issue is he wanted me to pay more. [/quote]

He is 41 years old and makes triple what you make and he's getting some 20something to download Venmo so she can pay the tip on burgers and beer? How much was that, $10? Sad.
