If my kid gets into a DCC school magnet program, they always have the right to return to BCC. But if a kid is in the DCC, realizes their home school is a bad fit, and the family actually moves to get into a better school, that won’t be honored if it’s in the DCC for another year — that family should have moved outside the DCC. That does not make sense, and I am glad that I am not a part of the consortium. [/quote]
