Our Jr coaches are the same kids who swim at All Stars - and our coaches were those kids 1-3 years ago. Basically kids who live at the pool or their club pool year round. Most of the little kids know them from club teams as well. Sure some of them have parents who have done a stint as team rep or an official, but the parents of the most dedicated kids tend to be very involved. [/quote]
