Other than barking and growling, how could the dog have communicated that message? Well, seeing as the dog did bark and growl and the neighbor still couldn't understand that it wasn't a good time to be reaching over the fence, the dog followed its instincts and did what dogs do. Feel sorry for the neighbor all you want, but don't blame the dog or OP.[/quote]
