But it's a disaster of a house for all the reasons mentioned here. The seller is insane not to lower the price. It's been listed at this price since at least 2021. To make it into a family house would require a ton of money, yet it's already too high. Plus, there's nothing that can be done about the location directly on Wisconsin or the lack of yard. [/quote]
