The spectacular Long Bridge Aquatic Center just opened a few years ago. There were also no segregated public pools (that closed before they could integrate as some have insinuated) in Arlington because there were no public pools until the 70s. (The private pools were segregated except for Fort Myer and Knights of C.) I don’t understand all the misinformation on this thread. [/quote]
