Forget Jan. 6. Ask them what they think about trans issues.

Personally, anyone who subscribes to that religious nonsense “trans women are women” isn’t welcome in my life. But anyone who thinks trans people need to be denied jobs/housing isn’t welcome in my life either. I don’t want to spend any time with far left nut jobs or far right nut jobs.

I’ve found trans issues to be the easiest way to sort the far left and far right from moderates and non-ideologues I can reason with and enjoy.
