My worst boss was like this too. When she was around she micromanaged, bullied, pitted everyone against each other, it was the most toxic environment I had ever worked in. She definitely had some sort of personality disorder. I've met others over the years who have worked for her and nobody has ever had a nice word to say about her. She would call people names in meetings and loved to make people cry. What a piece of work! I also had a boss that sexually harassed me, and I would take him any day of the week over the crazy b****.[/quote]
