If this is truly a very busy road with accidents "every day," I think we can assume public bus service. So, if we assume OP is talking about either Georgia or University Avenues, either of which could be in bounds for Northwood, both have pretty consistent public bus routes, and students ride free. So that 19 minute death march becomes a 5 minute free bus ride. [/quote]
