Well yeah. Sales has nothing to do with academics. It’s about making people feel good about your product, being attractive and engaging, it’s not like anyone really expects sales folk to understand how their widgets they sell work [/quote]

Sorry, I am in sales and was a customer of the company I work with now. I am by far the top sales person because I know how they work and can speak to actual use cases.  I can also do training because I know how other related products work/integrate/interfere with ours.
