It seems that she was given a break because she was a female. [/quote] White well connected females usually do not service prison time. They are treated at more lenient by the legal system. The system views women as innocent victims. Look at Holmes defense. She was controlled and manipulated by a man. This difference in sentencing is very noticeable with teachers who have sex with kids but it applies a cross the legal system.[/quote]
