Finding out someone cheated with an anonymous woman is different than watching them all interact the whole time the affair was going on. Knowing that, and replaying Raquel's relationship with Ariana is appalling. I would imagine that is how a wronged wife feels, but no one else usually sees all of the small stabs of the dagger that she experienced in retrospect. Tom & Raquel's deception was on display for all of the world to see.
Tom and Ariana publicly screamed at the woman who truthfully said she slept with Tom, while on tv for the world to see. Imagine this person looking like a desperate clinger on and a liar - when the entire time tom and Ariana knew she was telling the truth. Keeping themselves unsullied was all that mattered. She cheated with Tom when he was living with another woman. Clearly Raquel was in the wrong, but Ariana is no innocent. She knew what he was when she picked him up.
I agree BUT Ariana and Tom kissed once (if they're to be believed). Tom and Raquel carried on a months' long affair and slept together multiple times.
I am convinced Ariana and Tom did not "just kiss once" for 3 reasons: 1.) A kiss is barely defined as cheating in this universe 2.) Tom used the "Just kissed" excuse with Raquel too saying that's all that happened after the Mondrian. (may have been Bravo editing) Then later admits it was more. But think he started with this tactic because it worked with Ariana and there was little backlash 3.) Ariana reveals that Tom coaches people - "get your lies right, get your story right, get your spin right." She's clearly been coached on the value of spin before and acknowledges she did it with Miami girl. She most likely did it in talking about how their relationship started too. As Andy points out, the amount of outrage from this group when they have all betrayed each other in the past, is kind of head-scratching. Although I can see how Ariana is enraged from the public humiliation of defending both Tom and Raquel's characters repeatedly in the season.
