The surveys haven't been done since 2018-19. Not super relevant in 2023, especially given the amount of staff turnover at every level.[/quote]

I know people talk about a national teacher shortage but MCPS seems to be doing about the same as ever. Sure, there's turnover but that's always been true. No more so now than 10 years ago.[/quote]
