If it makes you feel any better, our adorable house that we bought in Mt Lebanon in 2000, just sold again in 2023 for 5k more than we sold it back in 2004.

Our ugly Fairfax ranch house has appreciated 200k in the last 10 years.  So I keep telling myself cute is overated.[/quote]
