I’ve responded to a couple of posts.  Honestly? Nothing. No food.  I bring my own.  If you want to do something, send me a nice email or a card. I'm not a teacher, but I wish the people who plan these things would read and comprehend this.  Instead, you get parents with the attitude of "I'm doing what you should want, now be happy, damn it!"

Because there are nearly 300 people on staff at our HS and not everyone wants the same thing. We pick something and inevitably some miserable person will be on here accusing well-intentioned parents of grandstanding and making it about them. You suck. [/quote]
