When you ask your coach if you can go to the bathroom, and they tell you only if you can make it back in time to still make the interval which is in 20 seconds, there isn't much of a choice. If the interval was longer I would run to the bathroom, pee as fast as I could, and run back. Even now as an adult people comment on how quickly I'm in and out of the bathroom (including hand washing, of course). I tell them I had years of being conditioned to pee extremely quickly![/quote]
