It's not about sitting down. It's about how your pelvic floor muscles contract when you urinate or have s bowel movement. Of course there is a risk that hcannhsooen by accident. You need to try it out at home for a couple cycles first.[/quote]

I would definitely worry about this as someone who sometimes leaks since having kids. Especially during exercise. Like what if it released during a yoga or barre class? Ugh, no.

OP here. I definitely hear you and not trying to convince anyone to switch from tampons. But just to clarify, it is the action of contracting my pelvic floor muscles to urinate that causes the autodump to occur, and only when the disc is pretty full. It would not autodump because of urinary leakage. It can autodump accidentally if it is not inserted properly or doesn't fit your body properly. It's hard to know if it is inserted improperly or doesn't fit properly until you try it for at least a full cycle, and then of course you can't return it. It's a learning process and may not be worth it if you are happy with what you are already doing.[/quote]
