I have no strong opinion on what Minneapolis is doing. If anything, I'd lean toward supporting it, although I'm also aware of the sleep studies a PP noted. (60 Minutes did a really good piece on it several years ago. Vox also has some good articles.) I was just curious about the con law and hoping someone with expertise would jump in.
