[/quote] Blame the state of Maryland, not MCPS. Get out of here with that entitled attitude as well. MCAP is notorious for coming back late and the results usually end up being meaningless for teachers as well because they come out so late in the year, the kids are either almost out or already out, so they cannot use the scores to drive classroom instruction.[/quote]
