Move to Loudon and trade in a quarter acre lot with a luxury home for a half acre builder grade craftsman. Newer but low ranked schools filled with URM and trumpers. All in the name of saving some money due to inventory shortage. We’ll stick to paying millions. [/quote]

I don't understand why people "closer in" have such a hang-up with people who choose to live further out. Newsflash- not everyone WANTS to live in congested Reston or Tysons. Some people actually want nice-sized lots and could care less about being close to Tysons Corner Mall.  I know you want people to think that we spend our days holed up in our homes with nothing to do,  but that's not the case. We actually have neighborhoods and communities and plenty of things to do here. We're not worried about you all, so don't worry about us.[/quote]
