This has nothing to do with Jack Smith. Most people do not understand Smith's case will go no where. Garland is shutting that down in 242 days. That is performative BS. Not that Trump & Co did not commit crimes. Garland is a treasonous feckless fed society shit.  Which is why we ended up here in the first place.

These are going to be state charges. Not Fed.

And Braggs nor NY have said he is being indicted on Tuesday only Trump has said that. And yes we do know what he will be indicted for and it is not just Felony using campaign funds. Although that is a crime in the state of NY.
