FWIW: The BLC Blue 2028 team had a solid showing this past weekend that points to improvement over the off-season. They beat VLC, tied True Chesapeake, and lost by a single goal to a solid Leading Edge squad from New Jersey. They still have holes and a talent gap with the upper echelon teams, but have upgraded with good athletes at a number of positions, especially midfield. They will play in HoCo elite division this Spring and probably struggle to win more than 3-4 games. But there's significant improvement over last season.[/quote]
