We literally have decades and decades of evidence saying rent control does not work.  Its not something to "try and hope it works"   We know that it will not. [/quote]

The "high rises worth of houses in Clarksburg" are not actually high rises, are not on well and septic, are supposedly transit-oriented (aside from the near-absence of transit), and reflect master planning, not deregulation.[/quote]
