[/quote] I’m not, though. One set of friends lives a mile from the downtown area in a 2k sq ft 1940s house on half an acre that they bought 2 years ago for $440k. I bought something very similar in Falls Church (Ffx Co) for $850k with about half as much land.[/quote]
