[/quote] Not even admitted to Exploratory Studies? Was the GPA below 3.0? In state with a 3.0 from a private high school and 33 ACT, CU Boulder would be a clear safety. Sounds as if CU (like other schools) just hasn't figured out how to manage yield for out of state students since apps increased under the current test optional scenario.[/quote]
