A professional photographer took photos of my daughter at a b'day party. No name was published. When My DH and I saw the photo we contacted him and asked that he take down her photo. He refused and we contacted a lawyer who told us there was nothing we could do because there was no identity and photographer was not selling photo . [/quote]
