At least they are explicit about "with a Chinese company" - some of the posters here seem to want to gloss right over that fact.  Michigan is welcome to it.[/quote]

We, the US, reap all the benefits of said Chinese factory, save for whatever profits they send home.  And in the event that China ramps up hostility toward the US, that facility becomes a US facility and we cancel all US obligations held by China.[/quote]
