Tell me what you eat on the days you go little overboard.
Gosh, I go overboard a lot. Something a whole tart cherry pie that I make. I can't stop, as in I have no control. Also, I will overeat beef dishes like the Swiss bliss with potatoes and have four instead of two portions. I can eat half a roasted chicken for dinner. I have a very large appetite and have to curb it now, not before, with some IF.
I want to know what a full day of eating looks like. Do you eat less the day after?
Yes, I eat much less the day after. I would say that I overeat on the weekends, but I will eat two meals or even do omad during the work week. On the weekend, I eat breakfast: Sausages and potatoes often, a solid portion. I make the potatoes; they used to be fried, but now they are boiled and then lightly fried, like country potatoes. For lunch, I eat roasted chicken or salmon with potato salad(this potato salad consists of boiled potatoes with a touch of oil, salt, vinegar, and onions. I don't eat the onions; they are just for flavor. I have an issue with raw onions. I snack on several bowls of home-popped popcorn, not sure how many cups. I also eat around three apples, McIntosh at the moment, most days. I make a cherry pie each weekend, but I don't add sugar; I buy tart cherries in light syrup and drain the syrup. Depending on my hunger levels, I might eat sour kraut with smoked ribs for lunch, beef stew, or dinner. I eat very heartily on the weekends. I eat curries, take away, pad Thai, or sometimes Chinese. I don't like to go to restaurants that serve American fare; I can make all that at home and better. During the summer and in spring, DH and grill steaks and eat them with baked potatoes and salads and corn. On weekdays, I generally skip breakfast, even though I enjoy breakfast. If I have breakfast during the week, it is steel-cut oats with raisins and fake sugar or two Sunnyside-up eggs with a piece of bread. For lunch, I have smoked salmon with yum yum sauce, some pate, I like them, a whole small can of it, and a massive bowl of blueberries or two apples. For dinner, I will eat a wing, drumstick, a tight of a chicken, some veggies, dates for a sweet treat, and significant Medjool dates. Sometimes I skip lunch, too, due to too much work. If Ido that, then I have both what I would've had for lunch and then dinner. Sometimes, I have regular salmon or trout fillet instead of smoked salmon, a nice portion too. I also make pea "soups," which are more liquid than a stew, but not a soup or bean soup with smoked ribs. I like to snack on olives, tomatoes, cherries, pears, and other fruits. I make a lot of veggie dishes, such as fried zucchini and cauliflower. I cook a lot. I snack on a lot of home-popped popcorn(from kernels) every day.
