[/quote] Congrats OP. I am one of the PPs who enjoyed Noom. The weight loss strategy stuck with me and I can easily lose weight if I want to now. I've lost 40 pounds in 2 years. 8 pounds in 6 weeks is incredible progress. I bet it's closer to 10 by now and you feel great. [/quote]
