OP I think YOU need to reflect on why you are overly focused on policing how your friend experienced her marriage.  Why in the world would you think that you know this is an "apparent fiction"? I'm sure my STBX will step up to do the domestic labor when he doesn't have me around to do 95% of it anymore. [b] That makes it MORE galling, not less. [/b]
