Wondering how old you are, your child(ren)'s age(s) as your Michigan comment - unless you are talking about the Dearborn and Flint campuses - is way off. Do think that MSU and PSU have rolling but not typical rolling as what is often discussed on here.

Agree with your other comments that the applicant may have success at some of the Midwest publics (Michigan Tech is an acquired taste and one should probably visit in winter before committing) as well as contacting the Wisconsin area rep.

OP, GL to your DC - this will work out and they already have a lot of options that many others do not at this time.[/quote]
