They don’t squat in the left lane. They use their turn signal. They don’t have a bunch of phony paper “ghost” plates and drive like lunatics who stole a car. I’m pretty certain that a lot of the more reckless MD drivers are legit criminals in stolen cars. Look at the correlation between paper plates and just wantonly reckless driving in Maryland.
