[/quote] Yeah red meat is perfectly healthy in reasonable amounts. I suppose rich PP also doesn’t eat eggs because of cholesterol and thinks fat-free is just the pinnacle of healthy eating. Also, does the earlier PP reserve resentment for all types of braises? Because that’s a pretty universal cooking style that crosses cultural boundaries.
