Nah- being poor does not mean you veu have to eat any old slop. That is so classist + stereotypic. I preferred fasting + being fit. Now, I am rich and still would never eatstew. [b]Red meat is terrible for one's health[/b] + the environment. [/quote]

Yeah red meat is perfectly healthy in reasonable amounts. I suppose rich PP also doesn’t eat eggs because of cholesterol and thinks fat-free is just the pinnacle of healthy eating.

Also, does the earlier PP reserve resentment for all types of braises? Because that’s a pretty universal cooking style that crosses cultural boundaries. Maybe call the beef stew “boeuf bourguignon” and they’d be on board  :roll: [/quote]
