Many religious non-profits hire employees outside the organization's faith yet they do not restrict family benefits only to those who are married in their religious ceremonies. Many large religious non profits already extend same sex partner benefits anyway.

Again, the objection is not that your own belief defines who you can marry, its your desire to force these beliefs onto others who do not follow your faith[/quote]
