Not an addition, but I paid $30k about five years ago for a completely renovated kitchen (new cabinets, tile floors, appliances, Corian countertops -- very nice finishes), basic rebuilding of everything from basement to roof except for exterior walls including new floor joists on first and second floor, completely new bathroom (basic white tile), new two story porch, all new electric, new track lighting, all new plumbing, roof repairs etc etc. It's been more than five years and NOTHING is falling apart, floors are level, house still looks great.[/quote]
