OP here.  Now some of these posts have me thinking about Pacific Palisades.  Our budget obviously wouldn’t go very far in the PP.  Would we fit in with the community if we are a family of 4 in a condo as a you suggest?  Are most families in SFHs?  Condos/townhomes are the norm in Playa Vista but I’m not as familiar with PP. There are families everywhere in PP, SFH, townhouses and condos. We know a family who moved down from Winnetka just to benefit from the schools and lived with their 3 kids in a 2 bed condo for several years in the Palisades.[/quote]

Yes, they went to Marquez. It's a highly rated ES as is Palisades ES[/quote]
