[/quote] In our neighborhood, if we don't rake them into the street they would block the sidewalk, because there is only a one-foot gap between the curb and sidewalk. And far more kids and parents use our sidewalk than bikers that ride by. So you have to pick your poison, and the street is wide enough to not interfere with cars. [/quote]
