And so we get to the crux of your nonsensical posts and confusion. Your assessment that the way DC does lotteries is "ridiculous" may well be the case. The problem is that you are imputing into the marketing discussion your own views on how BASIS or any other school [i]should[/i] be able to market or target kids. That's not how it [i]actually[/i] works. [/quote]
