I have three kids and when I need to make a whole crap load of quesadillas it would take me 10 minutes to shred all that cheese. I mean probably not actually but still, it adds a significant step. And then you have to clean a cheese grater which is one of the most irritating things to clean, right up there with a garlic press. So sure lets agree with the pretentiousness that it is in fact tastier, I'll give you that, but you must be one of those people who writes '20 minute recipes' online that actually take 45. [/quote]
