Looks like Cubans are prone to misinformation. Is Cuba a socialist country? Can you list what is socialism and whether Cuba adheres to that? Also you seem to be saying Democrats policies smell like socialism. Please list Democrats policies which would be a socialism. I really want to understand what real policy (not GOP talking points) makes Cuban believe one party is tending towards socialism. [/quote]

2. single payer health care
3. many other "social safety net" programs which tax higher income earners disproportionately

Interesting. Because when I attended Sunday School we were taught that the more fortunate should help the less fortunate. I don't really have any aspiration to live in society where I have to live in a compound encircled with cement walls with jagged glass and barbed wire embedded in the top of it. And that's what happens when folks don't pay their fair share.[/quote]
