[/quote] It’s the MCPS way, they always think they are smarter than everyone else. However, wasn’t RGR already being used for intervention? The phonics component of benchmark is pretty terrible, so subbing RGR in its place was probably an easier switch for this year than shipping around for something else.[/quote]
