Please read up on kid-dog interactions. Dog Meets Baby on Instagram is a great resource. The vast majority of dogs have not been socialized to be around kids, and the vast majority of owners are not well-versed enough in dog body language to be able to interpret when a kid is making their dog uncomfortable. There’s a reason most people whose dogs have bitten kids say “it came out of nowhere!” No it didn’t, they just didn’t know how to read the signs. [/quote]
