Is that a real question?[/quote] I actually was not well informed about I bonds - my bad as I should have done research. Only read about it recently and missed the deadline yesterday. Some people are trying at the last minute as we didn't know and still learning. The website not working did not help - could not get through. I wish they gave till October 31 to buy regardless of how long it takes them to process. [/quote]
