Dont know that these define it but I did go to the 80's Regeneration Tour a couple of years ago that included 3 of these groups.  Naked Eyes, Flock of Seagulls, Human League plus ABC and Belinda Carlisle.  ABC was the best of the lot although Human League was also great and had the most original members (I think Naked Eyes and the Flock had only one original member).  [/quote]
