After a certain age, they don't do IVF with your eggs because they're too fragile. If you want to use your own eggs, you do drugs and IUI, and you could get pregnant with twins. But at 48, it's probably donor eggs, and all she has to say is "We're thrilled about the pregnancy and will not be discussing the details of conception."
