There are consequences. DC camera tickets are notoriously expensive. The problem is that too many people just pay them because they have the money and it's not a burden or they don't pay and DC looks the other way.[/quote]

If you believe the studies, they apparently also don't work. If people want to waste their money on stupid shit that doesn't do what it claims and in fact increases their chances of being subject to a traffic stop and receiving a citation, so be it.[/quote]
